Use Your Imagination
Your imagination is a powerful tool.
Your imagination activates all five senses, making the experience stronger (and the vibration stronger also).
You can picture people, places, and things.
You can imagine how they feel, what they look like, what you hear, what it might taste like, and what you might smell.
The brain doesn’t actually know you are not enjoying those experiences.
All the right chemicals fire in your body (even when you are sitting still with your eyes closed).
All these senses create an emotion in your body…
And what is emotion?
Energy in motion, or a vibration
Emotion amplifies your thoughts (like an amplifying speaker on a stage makes the sound louder, stronger, and more powerful).
So, use your thoughts to IMAGINE what you want life to be like, allow yourself to FEEL it through as many senses as you can.
This will send out a more powerful signal to the universe.
I really had to practice this—but here is some hope — it gets easier with practice.
If you are willing to BELIEVE, and spend time using your imagination to amplify your belief…
You might find, as I have, that it can be a powerful tool of creation.

Practice Excitement Anyway
Excitement is a powerful emotion, and thus it has a powerful vibration.
I know, you aren’t living the way you wanted to, and things don’t seem to be going your way…
But if it where…
How would you feel?
What would it look like…?
Use your imagination to generate this powerful emotion – EXCITEMENT!!
You might struggle with this at first – I certainly did!
I struggled to even smile while imagining what I wanted.
In fact, I had to force a smile and practice holding it until it felt more comfortable.
I felt silly, lying in bed with my eyes closed, smiling.
Once I got more comfortable with smiling, I pushed myself into feeling the next emotion.
And the next, and the next…
Until I reached EXCITEMENT!
And I mean the real kind. The kind that causes you to leap up and say, “Yes!” with a fist pump, followed by a little dance.
(Ya – picture that – me dancing around, all excited about something that I don’t have).
I know it sounds like non-sense, but I tested it out, and it works.
Here’s why…
Most of us have settled…settled with what we have…
And we’ve been disappointed so many times, we are tired of feeling it…
So we shield ourselves from feeling disappointed by settling.
Unfortunately, by doing this, we also block ourselves from feeling this kind of excitement and joy.
We are no longer comfortable with true excitement…
By pretending, you can practice reaching for true excitement and then use this emotional vibration to BELIEVE anyway!

Be Playful
Play pretend…
Yes, just like you encourage your little ones to do.
While cooking dinner, pretend what it would feel like to cook on that new stove top, or counter.
While pulling weeds in the garden, look up in surprise at the abundant plants that grew in their place (even if it’s only in your imagination).
Skip down the road, do a cartwheel and laugh when you land not so gracefully.
Get your kids involved, they’ll show you how!
They will bring excitement, enthusiasm and anticipation of good things to come into your life.
Resist the need to be the practical and “responsible one.”
You can be responsible and playful at the same time.
Spending more time in this place, will help activate your imagination…
And will likely, help you feel joyful emotions you haven’t allowed yourself to feel – fully for a long time!
It’s refreshing, rejuvenating, and powerful!
When you are in this playful state, it’s easy to BELIEVE!
Use playfulness to propel you into a state of joyful BELEVING!
–I know it sounds silly. If you need help getting started, message me. I can help you find a way to bring the playfulness back into your life.

Be Grateful Ahead of Time
Another powerful emotion/vibration to tap into is GRATITUDE.
Start by finding things you are grateful for…
You’ve heard this your whole life, right?
Once you are getting good at allowing yourself to feel deep gratitude for what you have…
Imagine how grateful you are for what you don’t have, AS IF YOU ALREADY HAD IT!
Your brain will resist this…
It will tell you, “wait, you don’t have that,” and try to shut down the gratitude.
Persist anyway.
Tell your brain, “I know, but this is what it will feel like and I want to feel it early – for fun!”
It might scoff at you, ignore it.
Eventually, your inside world (filled with gratitude and excitement) will no longer match your outside world—and things will begin to shift and change…
That is super exciting!
