Believing Matters

Step 3: Believe you can have it

Believing is a powerful thought!

From it springs forth hope!

And hope leads us to action.

Inspired actions lead to better results.

However, most people will shrink what they want, rather than energize their belief…

Sadly, their results follow and they settle for less…

This causes more disappointment and shows them more evidence that they cannot have what they want; and the brain obeys.

Sometimes we fear that it won’t manifest and that would be too disappointing to bear.

When you expect the worst, that’s the energy you send out and so the worst is what you manifest.  Instead expect the best and appreciate what you receive more often.

“Worry is the most subtle and destructive of all human disease.” –Les Brown

So learn to recognize and remove worry from your manifesting.

Replace it with trust!

Trust in God.  Trust that you are working on aligning yourself.  Trust that it really is a good desire or maybe something even better will surprise you.

Practice allowing yourself to play with these hopeful ideas instead, and you will get different results.

Belief and worry cannot exist together, you will make a choice.

Write your story

Another great tool for energizing your belief is to write a new story for your life.

What does the story of your life look like right now? (write it down so you can actually see what you think and feel about your life, health, or relationships).

If you’d like to make some changes, then…

Ask yourself this question, “If I could have anything I want in this situation, what would it look like?

And write a new story, adding as many senses as you can to the description, then power it with excitement and gratitude as if you already had it.

Don’t worry if you can’t see the path to its fulfillment.  That’s not your job, that’s your brain’s job, remember (refer to the vision board pages of this book).

You stay focused on what you want it to look like.  Be excited about it as if you already are living that life and be grateful you are so blessed to live so wonderfully.

Ready your story daily…out loud… or record it and listen to it… with epic music…

Make this as fun as you’d like.

You don’t have sustain this energy all day long, but the way.

Just give it a good tug every morning and evening for a few minutes, then forget about it and go about your day…

Until you receive inspiration to act… and that’s step 4.
